PLC Automation
Replace the simple timer and manual positioning with an automated PLC controlled system. This opens up multiple features to add to your blending system. Automated blend cycles, auto positioning, multiple blend cycle settings and steps, record tracking, preset blend recipes, system integration, auto discharge and more.
Recipe Management
Store preset blend cycle recipes in the PLC and have the option of restricting editing access. These setting can include blend speed, blend time, product humidity reached, product temperature reached and more. This will simplify the blend process and maximize quality control.
Remote Operator Panel
Remote operator panels increase production speed by minimizing the delay of walking to the main control panel for separate processes. Second floor loading, discharge control, cleaning controls and more.
Safety Laser Scanner(s) and Light Curtains
Meet safety requirements by implementing safety laser scanners or light curtains. This will prevent the blender from rotating during unsafe conditions.
Touchscreen Controls
Add a touchscreen to increase the control options and feedback of your blend system. This opens up multiple possibilities for current and future additions.
User Logins
Increase efficiency and quality control with user logins. Our standard user login programming includes Supervisor, Maintenance and Operator levels, but can be customized to meet the needs of each customer.
Variable Frequency Drive
VFDs provide the ability for different blend cycle speeds and precision stopping control.
Vessel Positioning System
Whether its for loading, discharging, cleaning or interfacing with multiple processes, add multiple stop positions to your rotating blender and stop within 0.1° of each position every time. The Positioning System also enables the ability to track the exact rotation speed of the blender.
Voice Annunciation Alerts
When in a loud or active environment, getting an operators attention quickly may be necessary for safety. The Voice Annunciation Alerts can vocally tell the operator exactly what alarm is triggered and what steps must be taken.
Web Server (Text/Email, Remote Operation)
Sometimes a process is extremely important to keep a close eye on and make sure everything is running correctly. With the Web Server option, get texts and emails with alerts or notifications of the current operation. A secure connection can also be establish to remotely interact with specific features of the system.
Wireless Signal System
If more control outputs or inputs are needed from the blender, they can easily be added by using a wireless system without the need to run new wiring to the blender vessel.
