The Post Material Handling rotary filling system accurately fills drums, lined boxes, bulk bags and bins.
The stainless steel sanitary gain in weight filler accurately fills containers to the desired weight. The fill weight is entered on the touch screen, When the START FILLER button is pressed, the rotary dosing valve fills the container, stopping at the set point.
The Gemcomatic filler was specifically designed for controlled discharge from a tumble blender into a drum. Product is weighed as the drum is filled. The existing valve is automatically closed when near the target weight. The valve flutters until the target weight is achieved and then closed. This configuration shows a stainless steel drum, a dust tight connection between the filler and the outlet of the blender and used the valve on the blender to control the discharge.
Discharge directly into your drums from your blender with the Post drum filler. This configuration has a bag clamp for dust free product transfer as well as a rotary dosing valve for accurate and repeatable discharge quantities.
The Post drum filler clamps into your existing Gemcomatic tray making a dust tight seal. The adjustable tray makes it easy to fill small pails to larger drum in the same filling system.

The Post filler uses a weigh assembly to determine the amount of material has be fed into the container.
Rotary dosing valve for accurate filling.
A rotary dosing valve feeds the material into the container to a highly accurate set point. When the container is close to the target weight, the corse rotary valve stops and the fine metering dosing motor stops. Material is precisely feed into the container until the set point is reached.
Discharging directly from a gemco tumble blender
The low profile feeding system can charge containers directly from a tumble blender. The entire process is dust tight.
A PLC monitors the weight on the scale of the filler.
Post supplies the fully integrated PLC control system. The PLC monitors the weight on the platform and controls the fine dosing valve for precise filling accuracy. The controls are wash down and suitable for sanitary environments.

Bins can be filled to the required weight from a Post swing arm with and feeder attachment. The center section shown has built in load cells. The PLC monitors the bin weight and automatically fills. The batch record system prints the batch number, lot number, product name, time and date on a label.

Post Material Handling Post Lifts may be bought back for repurposing when its original design function is no longer applicable. Repurposing was one of the major design criteria when the Post Lifts were originally conceived.

We will build your layout in 3D and make it available to you using a standard web browser. The same VR environment can be viewed in browser on your desktop or laptop computer, a head mounted display and cell phone.
Post Virtual Reality converts CAD data into 3D presentations. If you do not have 3D CAD data, we will model your equipment and layouts for you.
