Feeder With Dosing Valve
Cora valve discharging system.

Image Gallery
Cora valve discharging system with a rotary valve and fine dosing rotor for fast and accurate fill levels. This system is controlled using an Allen-Bradley PLC and 6″ color touch screen. Stainless steel construction with NEMA4X wash down rating.
Container filler for various dry powders:
Gain in weight feeder to fill containers of various sizes with a variety of materials.
A weigh controller will monitor the weight of the container as it is filled. Load cells are to be integrated into the weigh plate for charge control.
A 12โ Cora sanitary rotary dosing valve will rotate the large vanes to quickly fill the container close to the target weight then stop. The fine dosing rotor will activate, accurately filling to the target weight and shut off. The Cora valve body to be fabricated from 316SST and a Teflon (PTFE) seal.
All control will be automated using an Allen-Bradley PLC. The PLC will communicate with the weigh controller and activate the rotary valve actuator and dosing motor.
A 6โ color touch screen operator interface will be provided to enter the target weight, tare the container weight and monitor all control functions.
A 1% discharge target weight accuracy over full scale will be maintained. The actual typical accuracy will be dependent on the product flow properties.
The weight plate can be adjusted to accept containers from a 14โ to 25โ height. Extra adjustment will be provided for future use if container size increases.
The inlet flange of the filler is to be mated to the outlet of the tumble blender using a tri-clamp connector.
All components to be suitable for wash down and maintain a NEMA 4X rating.
Structural components are to be fabricated from 304 Stainless Steel with a #4 finish. Welds will be cleaned, not ground. Product contact surfaces are to be 316 Stainless steel and provided with material certification. Product contact surface welds to be ground smooth. Product contact surfaces to have #4 or #7 finish. The main electrical enclosure is to be 304 stainless steel with a NEMA 4X rating. Pneumatic actuators to be aluminum.
Utility requirements:
Panel voltage: 1 Phase, 120VAC, 60 Hz.
35 SCFM of compressed air at 90PSIG.
Includes operating instructions and recommended spare parts list.
Repurposing
Post Material Handling Post Lifts may be bought back for repurposing when its original design function is no longer applicable. Repurposing was one of the major design criteria when the Post Lifts were originally conceived.
Repurposing reduces waste, adds reselling value and is the responsible means to recycle equipment.

Virtual Reality Demo
Post Virtual Reality develops proposals and building layouts using state of the art Virtual Reality visualizations.
We will build your layout in 3D and make it available to you using a standard web browser. The same VR environment can be viewed in browser on your desktop or laptop computer, a head mounted display and cell phone.
Post Virtual Reality converts CAD data into 3D presentations. If you do not have 3D CAD data, we will model your equipment and layouts for you.
